Bio

Cezar Manapat is a procurement professional with over 15 years of experience in the acquisition and negotiation of indirect goods and services. Manapat specializes in the implementation of procurement policies and procedures, travel and credit card programs, strategic sourcing, price and cost analysis, scope of work, rfx, contract negotiating, and forecasting. He supports various departments including facilities, sales and marketing, operations, finance and accounting, IT, human resources, research and development, executive management and has experience in the following industries: automotive, pharmaceutical, software technology, nonprofit, education, and transportation. The companies that Manapat has worked for have been governed by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), the California Department of Education (CDE), and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Manapat has earned a BSBA in financial management and received certification as a certified corporate travel executive (CCTE) from Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), certified purchasing manager (C.P.M.), and accredited purchasing practitioner (A.P.P.) from Institute for Supply Management (ISM). In addition to his career in procurement, Manapat also has 10 years’ experience owning and operating a small business.

Aside from his career, Manapat enjoys spending time with his family. He lives with his wife (Armie) and dog (Aspen), has a daughter that is currently attending Penn State (Carmella), and has a son (Patrick), daughter-in-law (Danielle), and his very first grandson (Parker) in Phoenix, Arizona. Manapat’s other interests and hobbies include strength training, runs with Aspen, collecting automatic watches, DIY home improvement projects, and chips, his favorite snack. Manapat is also an avid fan of basketball and he roots for the Miami Heat. Interesting Fact: Manapat’s grandson, Parker, was given the middle name Wade after Manapat’s favorite player, Dwayne Wade.
